These black belted shorts are a size 8, by Billy Blues. They are a zip fly with 3 buttons. There are 2 front, & 2 back pockets. The button on the side, allows you to uncuff and gives extra length. The belt allows you to dress it up, and accentuates your waist. Back V cut out. Approximate measurements: waist 16” Length 13” with 5” inseam Unbuttoned length 18” with 10” inseam.
