Two front pockets, bell sleeves, & arrow seam on the back. 4 buttons on each sleeve and 2 on each side of back to adjust the fit at the waist. Size and care tags are cut out, a Large is my estimate based on the following measurements. Chest measurement 20", shoulder to hem 21.5", sleeve 25.5" long. In great used condition.
