Billy Coat Black & White Hooded Wool Blend Coat

Excellent preowned condition. No rips, snags, stains, pilling, etc. Large silver toggle buttons down the front. Large front pockets. 80% wool, 20% nylon. Size on tag says 13, but I don't believe this is a junior size. Please see measurements. CLEAN! 31" across the back, measured beneath the arms. There are no seams there - the cut is kind of a V-shape...larger at the top. 35.5" from bottom of collar/hood area to back hem.
