NWOT dress by Billy J Boutique. It’s new (without tags) and has only been tried on once. Size 10 which translates to a US size 10. It’s made of a soft Thick material. The dress is beautiful and has a square neck line. It has a small unidentified stain. Haven’t tried removing it but it’s almost unnoticeable.
