Billy Reid Button Down Shirt (Big and Tall?)

Billy Reid white button down shirt with small brown windowpane plaid pattern. I have noted a couple small spot stains on the shirt: one area on the front shoulder and one area near next to one of the top buttonholes. There is no sizing tag but it measures 23 inches across the chest and 35 inches from shoulder to bottom so I suspect it may be a big and tall sized shirt.
