Beautiful Billy Reid Gatsby Skirt Size 2. The fabric is slightly sheer and it has bloomers underneath.. and pockets! The fabric has a cool texture as seen in picture 4. Gently worn but in good condition! There are a few tiny dot stains, see last pic. Not noticeable at all when worn, I only found them under close examination. Waist: 26 inches Length: 29.5 inches
