alichae hi Holly, unfortunately, this is not an excellent condition. There’s two areas where the coating has rubbed off on the curling iron, and will burn my hair. It's under the clip area, so you may have just missed it. But I pay quite a lot for this. Please refund.

hollyc3 @alichae sorry your not satisfied that iron is in excellent condition only used a few times and doesn’t burn your hair off. It’s the gold plated and I took pics of the barrel for listing.

alichae @hollyc3 You may have not noticed that the plating is coming off under the clip area of the barrel, it wouldn't allow in the photos you took. The plating is what protects your hair from burning, so no, it's not in excellent condition. That doesn't just happen from a few times use. I can file a complaint if you'd like or you can refund my money since it isn't in the condition listed. If like to settle this nicely. I'll assume you just didn't notice.

hollyc3 @alichae I purchased the iron and know it wasn’t used more than a few times I needed a long barrel which is why I wasn’t keeping it. Either way it’s not a complaint it’s a return you just have to open a case through posh
