gerri65 good evening, i was wondering if you have any of the paperwork on this flat iron? it looks good. is it fairly new? i recently bought one from this site. Brand new as it stated and it wouldn't turn on, so disappointed, had to return it. so still looking. Thank you

ashup129 @gerri65 hi! Unfortunately, I do not have paperwork or the box for it. There’s one picture trying to emphasize the red light coming on… I can try to take another picture or video if you’d like. I’m not sure how it may come across on your phone.

ashup129 @gerri65 The light does come on and it heats up. I felt it get hot when I was testing it. I did not put it up on my hair to test it out. I can if you’d like me to check the plates. But I was holding it and it got hot very quickly. I just like wearing my hair with waves more, so I haven’t used it in years. It just sits in the closet.

gerri65 @ashup129 Thank you for the response. I could see the red light on and I am happy to hear it is getting hot. Is there a way to send a pic of the plates? My 3 yr. old spare flat iron plates had a few scuffs which caused the iron to pull my hair, so I had to toss it. I have a GHD flat iron which is not cheap, but I am looking for one to take with me when I travel and that straightens good. Again thank you for the info
