Bird print dress!

This is such a lovely dress! It is well kept and there is no damage to it. There are too straps to tie on the back. There is an elastic band right under the bust area. I’m not too sure the fabric, but it is quite silky feeling and it does not stretch. The only part that stretches is the elastic band under the bust. Let me know if you have any questions!!💗
