Birdy Grey Hannah Empire Dress Color: Chiffon Ice Blue Size: XS No alterations (would likely need a hem for anyone under 5’6 or so) There is damage to the dress on the hem (see photos). Some is dirt and some is residue from hem tape. The damage is mainly on the bottom 3” of the dress, so if a hem was taken up, this would likely be removed.
