You can't feel anything and obviously with the shoe on, you don't see them, I just like to note when there is a spot**** The COZUMEL was the precursor to the MAYARI and Birkenstocks model like the Papillio TABORA. The difference between them is that the Cozumel and Tabora have only one buckle, whereas the Mayari has 2 buckles. THUS, the Cozumels strap by the toes is not adjustable. The COZUMEL varies from the TABORA in that the Papillio footbed is a bit different than the classic Birkenstock footbed. I purchased new, online from an authorized Birkenstock retailer, but have never worn. I am selling as I need to downsize my Birkenstock "collection".
