Are these narrow or wide?

@mariax3boys these are the narrow, showing a filled in foot on the footbed. They fit a narrow to regular foot, and are a 5, whereas the regular size would fit regular to wide foot and be more a 5 1/2 to 6. (There is no wide Birkenstock size, only narrow and regular.)
