Easy to dress up or down this washable (yes, washable)! velvet skirt will be an instant favorite. We love the soft to-the-touch velvet fabric and the gorgeous shade of cream. It features a fully elastic waist and a faux tassel drawstring at the front. Pair it with a Caroline Blouse for a classic BISBY look. 97% Cotton; 3% Spandex. Color is called ivory but it's a bit darker - like a very light beige. Size 5. Excellent condition, I am 99% sure my daughter has not worn this.
