linz_stanley @allgracenclass I can do the measurements ...for me the cut is perfect fit to size. Not all Bisou Bisou are true to fit I'll measure in just a bit. Sorry about pics with it on.I have gained some since I got this cool Romper and only worn once when I bought it. I have tons I just need to post.

allgracenclass The waist has elastic…Is the 20” waist flat or stretched?

linz_stanley @allgracenclass its flat in front empire level and at sides turns into elastic.. which is why I think it's true to size of 1X.
