Bisou Bisou Royal Blue Dress 👗

I am 5”2 the dress hem is about 1” on the floor. Adjustable stripes, no zipper/buttons, good condition ( hang in closet, never worn ). The only problem is, because I’ve never like the black stripe inside to hang the dress so I’d cut it ( see picture )... Thank you 😊
