Bisou Bisou dress top

Size small black, grey and magenta chiffon evening top. The blouse is lined with a black polyester. The neck closes wit 3 self fabric buttons in the back. It has a vent just below the buttons. It is sleeveless and is 18 inches from underarm to hem. It has 5 layers of ruffles in the front. The back is just plain. This top has never been worn.
