bethanygrace98 @queencole84 hello! In the second to last photo, it is the area which is pink. There’s pink showing through so the black felt is worn away. That spot is on inside of the boot on the heal. So felt is worn away about the size of a nickel inside boot. Please let me know if you have any other questions at all and all offers are welcome at my closet. I will try to get another photo of it, I’m not the best at getting the camera inside to get a super clear picture, I’m so sorry. 💕

bethanygrace98 @queencole84 hello! I just added another photo. So this more clearly shows the two issues that the initial listing was trying to describe with one of boots. So the white part of the padding is coming up off the back part of the heal which reveals the black felt with the pink hole. Please let me know if you have any other questions at all. Hope this helps clarify a little bit 💕.
