Bits & Pieces Ltd. Vintage Teal Dress

Elastic waist with flattering shoulder detail accentuated by shoulder pads. Bright blue, teal color with accented shinier version of the same color. Lightweight and comfortable! Dress is a 12, but with the elastic waist there’s flexibility in size fit. I wear a 4-6 with a small bust and find it flattering as it would be on a true 12. I’m 5’4 and the dress hits just below my knees.
