Black 2-Piece Top/Skirt Set

Lovely 2-piece skirt set - the top has 3/4 length sleeves with a ruffled white piping hem, button up front to v-neck and collar, nice fitted seaming in front and back, fully lined in the bodice. The fully lined skirt is elastic waist all around with a side zipper, white piping triple ruffle hem all around bottom of skirt. The fabric is a polyester chiffon type that says machine wash cold water. I wore this for a special occasion one time and that's it so it's in EUC, truly looks new - a very classy top and skirt set! Measurements for top: Armpit to armpit = 20" Shoulder to hem = 23" Measurements for skirt: Waist = 14.5" Waist to bottom hem = 23"
