Black 3/4 Sleeve Dress

This black lacey dress from Rue 21 is so cute and classy. A traditional scoop neckline and it is tight above the waist to show off your figure! Also has a small cut out on the back for a little added flair! Very pretty, I just have gotten too tall for it to fit me! I'll consider all offers! 💟
