Black 3/4 Sleeves Ruffled V-Neck Fit & Flare Dress

Bought this at Francesca’s a while back, but it’s in good used condition. If you look closely, there is some pilling, but I didn’t notice until I was taking close up pictures in bright sunlight. It’s a stretchy and soft fabric. The waist is elastic and the top is fitted. The skirt is a-line. Comes from a pet and smoke free home and it is freshly washed so make me an offer!
