Black 3/4 sleeve lace dress

This is a black 3/4 sleeve dress with lace detailing around the neck. The dress cinches at the waist and then falls in an A-line shape with pleats. The dress is made out of a light weight material which creates the loose flowing sleeves. This dress hits a few inches above the knee on me at 5'9"
