Black A line scalloped edge skirt

Light material, flattering a-line with scalloped edge and small pleats on the back for fitted look. Zipper closure. Perfect little black skirt to dress up or dress down for work, dinner out, casual. Unfortunately this no longer fits after I lost weight. Worn a handful of times. Length 16” Waist 13.75” Hips 19.5” (around the widest section)
