Black America eagle cold shoulder Blouse, blue rose embroidery. Extreme Bell Sleeve and cut out details down center front and back, above bottom ruffle and at mid arm (above elbow) before the bell sleeve. Straps are adjustable. V-neck. No embroidery on the back. Thin but strong material, not see through but semi-sheer. I never wore anything under it besides a bralette. Super classic summer top.
