Black American Apparel Inspired Tennis Skirt

This skirt looks like an AA tennis skirt but the material is not as stiff. Super cute and never worn by me but I bought it at a thrift store so it has been used. The tag has been cut out so I am not sure what brand this is. It's also really soft and comfortable! The waist is about 25 inches around.
