Black And Beige Dress With Straps, Size Small

Black & Beige Dress, deep plunging with straps that cross in the back and cute ruffles in the front. Has a zipper in the back at the waist/skirt. The straps do not adjust. Never worn, its super cute but It’s too small for me. Size small but honestly I’d say fits a little tighter in the waist/skirt area. I’m 5’2 and it goes a little above my knees for reference.
