The skirt is also a size 10. the front has 2 front pockets, the waist has 2 medium hook and eye closures with a front zipper. The waist is 30"s, and the length is 27"s. It is fully lined both the jacket and skirt. Both the jacket and skirt and the linings are made of 100% polyester. It has been lightly used and in pristine condition.
