yazzia @lindsayjohnson0 Hi, I popped it when I first purchased it by accident but I was still able to connect it so that it works...Btw yes it's a crossbody and you can't see that it was popped since the straps are inside so it can be worn as a clutch as well☺ it's definitely an amazing bag... let me know if you have additional questions...
