Fun little black halter-top dress with an asymmetrical hem. Approximate measurements when laid flat: Width at bust = 17" Width at underbust = 15.75" Width at top of skirt = 18.75" Total length = 37 to 40" (but can adjust longer at top by changing where it is tied) Length from neck to underbust = 13" (but can adjust longer by changing where it is tied) Length from underbust to top of skirt = 7.5" Length from underbust to hem = 25" to 30" Length from top of skirt to hem = 17.5 to 21" Material is NOT stretchy. For reference, the dress hits me (5'3") just above and just below the knee.
