95% polyester/ 5% spandex, clear straps, padded, ribbon in the back to tie up. I'm 5ft & it goes just above my knee. If you're average height/ tall, it should go down to about mid thigh. Really gorgeous dress in person! Bad lighting. Pictures don't do this dress justice. :/ XS but fits like a Medium.
