A lovely Body By Victoria black skirt. Its a poly/viscose blend that feels like wool. Fully lined. Back zip. A pencil/wiggle mermaid cut with a hi-low ruffle hem. The hi being in the back. Its possible this is vintage Y2K. The size tag says 2 but it fits my size 4 mannequin a little loose. So I am describing it as a small in general. Great condition! Measurements laid flat - Waist: 14" Hips: 18" Length: 30" (21" high part)
