I accept reasonable offers! This is a black duck canvas tote by Baggu. This is an upcycle because I noticed how the canvas had static and was picking up hairs and other environmental debris on it, so I redid the outside with a heavy, smooth fabric. (see close up in photo). It makes the bag a little nicer (higher thread count and a durable but soft synthetic fabric) and less likely to cause items to cling. Note: the original duck tote had an embroidered profile image, which I seam-ripped away. I don't remember there being any sign of it under the new exterior layer.
