Black Bandeau Bodycon Dress 6/8

I bought this dress and unfortunately it just doesn't work for me. I think it will work best for a true size 6-8 and someone who is taller than my 5'2". The tag has been cut out but we thing it may be Apple & Eve. Measurements taken flat (unstretched...there is lots more stretch in this) Bust- 16" across Waist- 13" across Hips- 18" across Length from shoulder to hem- 38"
