Purchased at Bloomingdales a few years ago for something in particular, since I own no belts. Ended up forgetting about the belt, not even sure if I ever kept the item I needed a belt for! Either way, I don't wear belts, but a lot of people do! I'm not sure who made the belt, as the Bloomingdales price tag is covering it up,looks like Cole Hahn (but could be wrong). Never worn, size small, has four clasps, & is labeled as leather stretch belt. Ruffle detail as you can see from pics.

tonmongee How many inches max does it stretch out to. I love it and in the process of losing weight

disappearhere @tonmongee hi! It measures just about 28 inches unstretched, so I can't quite say the exact measurement of it being stretched. I do think it's intended for higher waisted items given the look. Hope that helps!
