Black Beyond Vintage Cocktail Mini Dress

BEYOND VINTAGE Stretchy Cocktail Dress in Black NEW WITH TAGS Never worn, purchased online from TheRealReal. Top has two layers, almost like a slip. It does look like there is a spot that needs repair about 1" in height where the fabric has pulled apart. It was like this when I received it and looks like a very easy fix for a seamstress. The dress is XS. I am about a size 2-4 and it is very small for me, I would suggest this is best for a size 0 or small 2, or someone without hips!!
