gracek1618 @chelsea_spinos from the square neck to the middle bottom point of the dress, it is 28 inches. From the neck to the angled portion, it is 32 inches. The fringe hangs to about 38 inches. I am 5’8 and the fringe hits right around my knees and the dress part is not too short. I originally wore this dress when I was around 5’5 - 5’6 and it was very flattering at that height too. I’d be happy to answer any more questions as well :)
