Very pretty 3 tiered skirt made of 100% cotton with a great “swirl” factor. It has a flat waistband and side zipper closure. The tiers are separated by a beautifully crocheted black band and the bottom of the skirt is finished with black crocheted trim. It is fully lined. It’s brand new with tags and in excellent condition.
