If you want it loose style,go for the minimum size recommended above. If you want it just right fit, go for the max size recommended above. For reference I am Size 8, 38C, large fits me but there is a lot of wiggle room, I can fit on medium but there is no wiggle around, just fit.
Size 14 option here is the XL tag.

@girl101 it's kinda hard to measure it coz it's crochet style, if I just lay it flat bust area is 17", waist and hips are 16". If I stretch it a little, add an inch to each section, if I stretch it more, add 2 inches to those measurements

@misstammyv hello! I do not have medium size. This is loose fit style, so to make you look like the model you should size up, unless you want it just right then stick with the size suggested
