I this is a bohemian style tiered shorter dress with an elastic/smocked portion under bust and then just flows off the hips. The arms are loose fitting/bubble style, with elastic around the wrists with a good amount of stretch! Ties for a bow at neckline or can leave open. See the details in the fabric too!
