Black Boots from Paris! Bow detail

Black boots with the prettiest side bow. Purchased a few years ago but could pass for 80’s-90’s style. Blue/turquoise heel might glow in the dark 💕 Very good condition. Inside has a very nice contrasting blue detail. One quarter size mark inside and unseen when worn. I also included a pic of the underside of the bow. I think it was glued down before.
