Black Boutique Blouse w/ Bow Tie Back

Sheer, black blouse with huge navy & cream striped bow tie on the back. Blouse is a size M and it's not fitted, it is flowey. It is sheer so you may need a tank top underneath it. The brand is YETTS Los Angeles and it was purchased from a local boutique. Only been worn once. In great condition!
