Black Button Up Broomstick style blouse

This gorgeous broomstick style crinkled fabric button-down gives off major vintage / Y2K / witchy vibes. The fabric is very forgiving with curves and looks incredible tucked with a blazer. The size tag is a little worse for wear but it is a size extra large. The pit to pit measurement is appropriately 23 inches (un stretched)
