True to size, and even though I'm in between a 4 and a 6, these fit, although much looser. The material is fantastic and durable. 55% linen 45% rayon, lining is 100% polyester. Has hook clasps closures and one button closure, and a zipper closure. Has belt loops and two front pockets. In fantastic condition, if you feel around with your fingers you can maybe feel a couple pills here and there, but they're not really visible. The only thing that actually shows wear is the metal button. I'm 5'3 - 5'4, and these fit perfectly right at below the ankle depending on standing position. Only worn a handful of times.
