Cape with arm slots. Buttons create incredible structure around neck and tails make it feel like a very elegant / tuxedo alternative, or addition to a simple outfit. Can layer over a dress for polish or too off jeans, t-shirt and flats. It’s a medium size - bets for size 6 or 4. Includes two wraps that you can tie around the waist to hold in place.
