Is this true to size? Does it fit like a m/l or l/xl? Is it a loose or tight fit? Would this be tight on someone with a larger bust? Is there any stretch to it?

It probably fits more like a medium. The sleeves are fitted and it drops to the waist. It is stretchy, but it would go best over a sleeveless top.
