Black Cats on Green Balls White Silk Chiffon Blouse Sleeveless Top EUR Size 34

This is a 100% Silk blouse by Hallhuber in a European size 34 which converts to a US size 4. It is a white background with small black cats atop green balls. There are ties that hang down from the collar and they can either be left to hang, tied in a knot or into a bow. There are tiny gold buttons down the front. The blouse is fitted. (see photo of back) The top is sleeveless, made in China for this German company. MEASUREMENTS: Chest - 34 Waist - about 25" Hips - about 34" Length in the back from shoulder seam to hem - approx 24 in front and 26" in back ". This hem is longer in the back than in the front.
