Black Chiffon A-Line Dress with Cutout Sleeves

Black Chiffon dress with cutouts on the sleeves (3/4 length). The dress also has small belt loops with a chiffon belt and a semi-open v-shaped back. With out the belt, the dress hangs loosely off of the body, but it's not "oversized". The tag is cutoff (I can't stand itchy tags! lol), but I am 5'2" and weigh 135 for reference.
