Black Chiffon High Neck Tank with Tassels

This was a fav of mine to wear in summer! V shape bottom, high cut top. Tassels are super cute! Breathable and light! I wore it 5-6x each time with a bralette & shorts — super comfy and easy to dress up or down! SHEIN .. true to size! Could fit XL or XXL - I was an XXL & 38D at the time and it fit comfortably.
