New! Beautiful, vintage cloche hat done in black with a green band and 3 red flowers. Inspired by the colors & whimsical designs of the Nepali Craft Markets. Small amounts of merino wool are carefully placed in recycled silk, chiffon or cotton then heated, soaped & scrubbed which causes the wool fibers to migrate through the weave of the cloth & bond together.
