Would you consider this true to size or does it run on the larger side?

I would say it is true to size. I just slipped it on for size and I'm 5'4"/140lbs for reference and it fit perfectly where I feel I could wear a sweater with it and it is not too tight, but I also don't feel like I'm drowning in it. I would keep it for myself, but I live in South Florida and have no need for it.
